My client is currently recruiting for a building services technician for a University in Kingston. You will have a trade qualification either electrical or mechanical, as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties will include:

  • All ppm and reactive work
  • Checking lights
  • Checking sockets
  • Plant checks
  • Checks on fan coils
  • Temp tap tests
  • Checks and tmv's
  • Outside lighting checks
  • General maintenance duties

Hours: 7-3.30 Monday to Friday

Salary: 38K, with on call 1 in 8 (£300.00) for being on call plus extra if called out.

Benefits: Including 28 days plus 8 BH, 6% matching pension, use of company van when on call.
