My client is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a dynamic team of engineers and technicians at a prominent law firm in Chancery Lane. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in one of London’s most exciting parts of town with a full-fledged Facilities Management provider.

- Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

- Compensation Package: Base Salary: £46,000 per annum
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in building engineering or facilities management
- Fully qualified electrical diploma (level 3) and 18th edition C&G
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance
- Professional approach and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with high-end commercial properties preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor building systems and equipment
- Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance PPMs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities: Plant rooms, distribution board panels, emergency lighting and other installations
- Support the delivery of exceptional service standards
