My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance plumber/mechanical day maintenance engineer based in Brighton. You will have a plumbing or mechanical qualification as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Retail

Duties will include:

  • Plant checks on pumps and motors
  • Fault finding if any problems
  • Basic plumbing duties including taps, changing pans, changing PVC pipes and general water treatment maintenance
  • Basic checks on AC including splits and multi-splits
  • Basic maintenance in AHUs
  • Work with the team on site
  • Escort sub-contractors

Hours: 7-4 Monday to Friday

Salary: £42K with call out, overtime and company benefits.
