They are looking to recruit a maintenance electrician based in Wembley. You will have your City and Guilds, NVQ or equivalent in electrical with 18th edition as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Commercial Maintenance Retail Duties:

  • All PPM and reactive maintenance on lighting
  • Fault finding back to panels and distribution boards
  • Checking panels and risers
  • Sockets, floor boxes and data points
  • Emergency lighting and tests
  • General maintenance duties
  • Escorting sub-contractors

Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday

Salary: £45K with overtime (if wanted), call out 1 in 8 and company benefits.
