My client is a leading FM provider, due to a renewal of a contract, they are currently recruiting for a mobile maintenance electrician to join the team. You will have your electrical qualifications as well as 18th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on:
- Lighting
- Small lighting installations
- Power
- Single and 3 phase
- Sockets and floor boxes
- Fault finding to fuse boards and panels
- Checking electrical equipment and fault finding
- Escorting sub contractors
- General paperwork
- Helping other engineers
Salary is up to £43K with van, tablet, fuel card, overtime and much more. Hours are based on 8-5 Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity to work locally with a company that can offer good company benefits.
