Our client is a National Property and FM Provider. It is currently looking to hire an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer in North London. As the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will cover numerous client sites which range from small hospitals, commercial office space, to research centres. You must have a proven track record of working in a similar role and hold relevant qualifications, including NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and the F-Gas certificate.
The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will carry out planned and reactive maintenance at these sites, including filters, split units, AHUs, FCUs, and other related building services. 80% of the work will be PPMs and 20% will be reactive works.
Our client is looking for good Air Conditioning Engineers who can fault-find, are pro-active, want to help, and are multi-skilled.
