Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor in Cowley, Oxford My client is a leading FM and Maintenance company. They are currently recruiting a mechanical maintenance supervisor. You will have your level 3 either NVQ, city and guilds or equivalent in mechanical/plumbing. with a proven track record in commercial maintenance. Sector: Corporate Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance, on all plant equipment, pumps, backup generators, plumbing, ahu's, fan coils and general hvac maintenance, water treatment. Looking after 4 mechanical engineers, making sure ppm's have been completed, making sure cafm system is updated and all compliance is completed. Hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday Salary is 48K plus company benefits and development
