Maintenance Supervisor
My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance supervisor based in Swindon. You will come from a technical background either mechanical or electrical with a proven track record in being and supervisor and managing engineers.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
- looking after 9 engineers/technicians
- having morning go meetings making sure engineers have correct ppe and know what jobs they have
- end of day meeting to see if any problems etc
- using maximo CRM system making sure jobs are logged and reports can be run
- looking after subcontractors
- audits on subcontractors
- attending client meeting for technical questions
- toolbox talks and general paperwork
Hours 7.45 to 4.45 Monday to Friday.
Salary is 45-50K depending on experience, plus company benefits and more.
