My client is a leading FM provider. Due to a new contract, they are recruiting an FM manager based in Gatwick. My client would ideally like an FM that is technically qualified or understands the technical maintenance and lifecycle of the contract. You will also be able to pass a security check.
Sector: FM
Duties will include:
- Looking after a team of hard and soft services
- Ensuring KPI's/SLA are met
- Updating all compliance on CRM systems
- Reporting back to clients
- Reporting back to contract manager
- Managing a team of soft services, admin and hard services engineers as well as contractors
Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday
Salary: 55-60K based on experience, company benefits and much more.
