My client is a leading facilities provider. They are currently recruiting for a static mechanical/plumber technician for a site in NW London. You will have a mechanical/plumbing qualification as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include:
- PPM and reactive maintenance on general mechanical/plumbing assets on site
- Audio and visual checks on plant equipment
- Checks on TMVs, toilet furniture, and blockages/leaks
- Checks on AHUs, fan coils, and split units
- General maintenance duties
- Escorting sub-contractors
- Helping other engineers
Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday
Salary: £40K, with no call out, overtime if wanted.
