Static Maintenance Engineer

Static Maintenance Engineer My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance engineer either plumbing or mechanical background, qualified to level 2 and has had a proven track record in commercial maintenance. Sector: Health Duties include all ppm and reactive maintenance on pipework, dhw, lphw, closed loop heating, checks on plant, pumps, motors, ahu and fan coil checks, as well as general mechanical duties such as tmv's and other duties. Salary is 36K, plus overtime, call out and company benefits Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity to work locally with a company that can offer great company benefits.
