My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance supervisor based in North London. You will have a trade qualification either electrical or mechanical, with a proven track record in commercial maintenance as well as experience managing engineers.
Duties will include looking after 23 staff including engineers, fabric techs, grounds and apprentices, making sure all PPMs and reactive works are issued, ensuring jobs are signed off in the CAFM system, conducting toolbox talks, and helping engineers.
You will be office based 80% and 20% on site. Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday. Salary is up to £55K with call out (do not need to attend site), overtime, and company benefits.
