Shift Technical Manager My client is a leading FM and Maintenance company, due to an expansion of a contract they are currently recruiting for a shift technical manager to join an established team. You will have your level 3 NVQ or equivalent or AM2 electrical in Mechanical all electrical as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance. Sector: Maintenance Government. Duties will include monitoring the BMs system, dealing with any faults that occur and making sure they are solved such a lighting control system’s, in charge of all sanctions for isolations, issuing RAMS, monitoring and analysing PPM’s from engineers and resolving any issues, safe systems at work. In general you will be the technical manager for the infrastructure and assets within the building, reporting back to the Ops manager. Hours are 7-7 4 on 4 off days Salary is 60-62K The company offer training and development including HV/AP/IOSH and much more.
