My client is currently recruiting for a mobile maintenance technician. If you have a trade qualification that would be great, as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include:
- All ppm's on temp tap tests
- Flushing and L8 compliance
- TMV checks and temps
- Changing lamps and lights
- Cleaning out filters in splits and fan coil units
- Basic maintenance and helping engineers with day-to-day maintenance duties
Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday
Salary is up to £42K with van, uniform, tools and much more.
