My client is currently recruiting for a mobile handyperson to join an established team on a great contract. You will have a background in commercial maintenance; if you have a locksmith qualification, that would be advantageous.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties will include:

  • Changing locks
  • Door handles
  • Kick boards
  • Repairing minor door damage
  • Shelving
  • Cupboard doors
  • Adjusting door closures
  • Flooring (small repairs)
  • Small wet trade jobs
  • Bit of tiling
  • Painting
  • Floor ceiling tiles
  • Other minor jobs within the commercial environment

Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday

Salary: up to £40K with van, phone, uniform and much more.

This is a great opportunity to join a great company, but also a contract where parking is available on all sites.
