My client is a leading FM and Maintenance provider. They are currently recruiting for a contract manager (mechanically biased) for a 6-month contract. You will have your mechanical qualifications as well as a proven track record as a contract manager within commercial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Bias with HVAC systems focusing on ventilation and boiler systems
- Lead the mechanical team
- Work with the CAFM system and team to ensure compliance
- Address performance issues
- Review service streams and auditors
- Look for cost savings while working with the team and client
Schedule & Remuneration:
Hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
