Maintenance Plumber/Handyperson

I am currently recruiting for my client for a plumber/handyperson for a school. You will have a plumbing qualification as well as experience within commercial maintenance as well as be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance.

Duties will include:

• Ppm and reactive maintenance on site
• Changing taps, pans, small pipe work (PVC and copper)
• Blockages, cisterns, water heaters, water checks
• Carrying out basic handyperson duties around the site
• May be asked to help out on other sites now and then; van will be provided

Hours: 8am to 4.30pm.

Salary: 35K with call out 1 in 3 (paid for being on call as well as being called out) with overtime and company benefits.
