Our client is a national FM Provider that operates across a variety of sectors. It is currently looking to hire a Maintenance Plumber to work at a hospital in London. As the Maintenance Plumber, you will report into the supervisor and join a large maintenance team at a busy site. You will be responsible for carrying out daily planned and reactive maintenance to the hospital’s plumbing, this will include but not be limited to fixing leaks, changing taps, basic pipework, unblocking sinks and toilets etc. The successful Maintenance Plumber must have a proven track record in a similar role; you will also hold NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or City and Guilds Equivalent. Your experience must be commercial. Our client is offering: * £40,000 basic salary * Mon – Fri 8am-5pm * Overtime available * Company pension * 24 days holiday plus BH * Ongoing training and development * Internal career development opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Plumber who is looking to progress their career within maintenance and to work for a major FM Provider that can provide excellent support
