My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance contract manager based in Liverpool. You will need a technical background as well as a proven track record as a manager.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Managing two sites – one in Liverpool and one in Chiswick (London).
- Site in Liverpool: 1 supervisor and 3 engineers.
- Site at Chiswick: 1 supervisor and 2 engineers.
- Overseeing admin, subcontractors, and compliance.
- Partial P&L management.
- Working with the client and reporting to client and senior managers.
- Overseeing any projects.
- Other duties as required.
Hours & Compensation:
- Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.
- Salary: up to £55,000 plus £5,000 car allowance and company benefits.
