My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance handyperson based in SE1 for a year's contract. You will have a proven background in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties will include:

  • Painting and small decoration
  • Changing lamps and lights
  • Escorting sub-contractors
  • Fire alarm tests
  • Basic plumbing
  • Temp taps tests
  • Maintenance duties

Salary: Up to 35K with company benefits and overtime.

Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
