My client is a leading FM and maintenance; due to an expansion of contract my client is recruiting a shift engineer for a flagship site in Canary Wharf. You will have your level 3 NVQ or City and Guilds, with 18th edition and proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: High End Commercial
Duties will include all PPM and reactive maintenance in lighting, power, single and 3 phase work, fault finding to panels, DB and fuse boards, small installation, plant check and HVAC checks as well as making sure all H&S is followed, all paperwork is updated and escorting sub-contractors.
Hours: 38 hours per week, based on a nights and days pattern.
Salary: £50,300 basic with company benefits and OT.
