Mobile Plumber/Mechanical Engineer
My client is a leading FM and Maintenance provider, due to an expansion of the mobile team, they are looking to recruit a mobile plumber/mechanical maintenance engineer.
You will have your city and guilds or equivalent in plumbing mechanical, as well as a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities
- all ppm's on pipework, copper and pvc
- L8 water treatment
- flushing
- correct temp checks
- plant checks on pumps and motors
- ppm's and fan coil units
- ahu and splits filter changes
- TMV's checks and replacements
- keeping up records and reporting back to the supervisor
