My client is currently recruiting for a day maintenance electrician to be based in Lambeth. You will have your NVQ or City and Guilds in electrical as well as 18th and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Health

Duties will include:

  • All ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, power, changing sockets and data points
  • Fault finding back to fuse boards and distribution boards
  • Checking panels
  • Emergency lighting checks
  • Plant checks
  • AHU and fan coil checks
  • General maintenance duties

Hours: 40 per week, 8-5 with an on-call rota.

Salary: Up to £45K plus company benefits and overtime.
