Overview
Our client is a new FM service provider operating in central London and they are looking to hire a proven HVAC Maintenance Engineer to cover a foot-mobile role in Central London.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot LTHW and CHW systems.
- Work on fan coil units (FCUs) and air handling units (AHUs).
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPMs).
- Understand BMS and chillers and their operation within a facilities management environment.
- Cover a portfolio of modern and trendy office spaces across central London.
- You will be provided with all tools and equipment needed to perform the role.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in maintaining and troubleshooting LTHW and CHW systems.
- Experience with FCUs, AHUs, PPMs, BMS, and chillers.
