Our client is a national FM Service Provider that is looking to hire an Engineering Manager for a healthcare contract (PFI) in Liverpool. As the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for the strategic delivery of all engineering services, statutory, technical and contractual compliance across the estate. You will have 9 direct reports.
The successful Engineering Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role, experience within the PFI, healthcare and have a strong electrical AP background. In addition, you will develop and implement engineering strategies, lifecycle programmes, PPM systems and risk management plans.
Our client is offering:
- £65,000 - £70,000
