- Plant checks on pumps and motors
- Fault finding of any problems
- Basic plumbing duties including taps, change of pans, change of PVC pipes and general water treatment maintenance
- Basic checks on AC units including splits and multi-splits and basic maintenance in AHU's
- Work with the team on site and escort sub-contractors
