My client is currently recruiting for a building services technician for a University in Kingston. You will have a trade qualification either electrical or mechanical, as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties will include all ppm and reactive work, from checking lights, sockets, plant checks, checks on fan coils, temp tap tests, checks and tmv's, outside lighting checks and general maintenance duties.

Hours: 7-3.30 Monday to Friday

Salary: 38K, with on call 1 in 8 (£300.00) for being on call plus extra if called out. Including 28 days plus 8 BH, 6% matching pension, use of company van when on call.

This is a great position for someone who wants a slower paced, local maintenance position, with great benefits.
