I am recruiting for my client for a mobile maintenance electrician, based in NE London. You will have your NVQ 3 or AM1/2 or equivalent, with 18th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance. You will also need to pass a security check.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include looking after the ppm and reactive maintenance on a large site maintaining their commercial buildings, lighting, power, single and 3 phase, sockets, data points, checking fuse boards, distribution boards, investigating faults, helping with mechanical duties, sub-contractors and general paperwork.
Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary is 47K plus van, phone, company benefits and much more.
