My client is currently recruiting for a hard services area manager to look after several contracts in London. You will have come from a hard services maintenance background with a proven track record in managing client and staff.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties will include:

  • Looking after x2 large contracts and 5 smaller contracts
  • Working with the clients
  • Reporting
  • P&L management
  • Managing direct reports
  • Reporting back to senior management
  • Compliance
  • Projects
  • Meetings
  • Other duties

Hours are flexible depending on meetings and reports. Salary is 75K plus car allowance or travel allowance. This is a great opportunity to join a large hard services company that can offer development and great benefits.
