My client is a leading FM and Maintenance provider. Due to an expansion of contracts, they are currently seeking foot mobile engineers. You will have an electrical or mechanical qualification with a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Offices
Duties: Duties will include looking after a number of commercial buildings within a client's portfolio. This will involve planned and reactive maintenance on lighting, emergency lighting, power, fault finding, sockets, data points, floor boxes, isolating, plant checks, AHU, fan coil, and general day-to-day maintenance, escorting sub-contractors, and working with the client.
Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday.
