My client is a leading FM provider. Due to a new contract, they are recruiting an FM manager to cover 3 sites. My client would ideally like an FM that is technically qualified or understands the technical maintenance and lifecycle of the contract or/and relevant FM qualifications. You will also be able to pass a security check.
Sector: FM
Duties will include:
- Looking after a team of hard and soft services
- Ensuring KPI's/SLA are met
- Updating all compliance on CRM systems
- Reporting back to clients
- Reporting back to contract manager
- Managing a team of soft services, admin and hard services engineers as well as contractors
Hours: 8–5 Monday to Friday
Salary: 60–65K based on experience, company benefits/company car and much more.
