Our client is a leading FM Service Provider with a national presence. It operates across a variety of sectors and is a true market leader. It is looking to hire a Contract Manager in the Russell Square area of London.

As the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of the hard services to a large commercial building. Your team will be made up of engineers, supervisors and contract support. It is important that you have strong people management skills as the team is large.

The successful Contract Manager will also have strong client relationship building skills, the contract needs a little TLC and someone who can hit the ground running. In addition, the Contract Manager must be commercially astute.

Our client is offering:

  • 60,000 – 65,000 basic salary
  • 5,000 car allowance
  • 25 days holiday plus BH
