Are you looking to transition into a project manager? Looking to move from engineer to projects? Then this might be the position for you. My client is looking to take on an assistant project engineer for about 18 months on a new commercial build in the City of London. Ideally, you have a technical background either mechanical or electrical, with experience within CAFM systems and permit to works.
Sector: Commercial
Duties will include:
- Working with the project manager to ensure the smooth running of the building and the fit out of the building
- Issuing and questioning permit to works
- Liaising with onsite engineers
- Keeping good technical records in the CAFM system
- Ensuring all company policies and safety are adhered to
- Working with the project manager on reports and technical advice
Hours: 8-5 (the hours might vary)
Salary: 45-50K with company benefits and OT
