Our client is a thriving Student Accommodation company. It is looking to hire a Maintenance Operative to join its latest site in Canary Wharf.

As the Maintenance Operative, you must be multi-skilled and able to carry out a mixed variety of repairs and maintenance.

This will include but not limited to basic Plumbing, Changing Locks, Replacing Carpet Tiles, Lightbulbs, P&D, Moving and Replacing White Goods.

As the Maintenance Operative you must have a proven track record in a similar role and ideally have worked in student accommodation or residential accommodation previously.

It is also advantageous if you have a basic electrical or plumbing qualification.

  • Mon – Fri (8am-5pm)
  • 1 Weekend in 4
