Building Services Engineer

My client is currently recruiting a Building Services Engineer based around Oxford Street. You will have your level 3 either mechanical or electrical as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Duties will include:

1. All ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, power, fault finding.
2. Riser inspections.
3. Ppm\’s on plant pumps, motors, boiler checks.
4. Ahu and fan coil maintenance.
5. Escorting sub-contractors.
6. General paperwork and reporting back to client and managers.

Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Salary: £46K plus call out, overtime and company benefits.
