The predicted salary is between 24000 - 40000 £ per year.

My client is currently recruiting for a building maintenance engineer based in their site in Kingston. You will have electrical or mechanical qualification as well as experience in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Education

Duties will include:

  • PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Changing lamps/lights
  • Emergency light tests
  • Changing damaged socket cases
  • Plant checks on pumps and motors
  • General plumbing duties
  • Working with colleagues and escorting sub-contractors
  • General paperwork

Hours: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £40K with 1 in 9 call out, £300.00 for being on call and money is called out as well as company benefits.
