My client is currently recruiting for a building maintenance engineer based in their site in Kingston. You will have electrical or mechanical qualification as well as experience in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Education
Duties will include:
- PPM and reactive maintenance
- Changing lamps/lights
- Emergency light tests
- Changing damaged socket cases
- Plant checks on pumps and motors
- General plumbing duties
- Working with colleagues and escorting sub-contractors
- General paperwork
Hours: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £40K with 1 in 9 call out, £300.00 for being on call and money is called out as well as company benefits.
