Area Maintenance Manager

Our client is a large FM Service Provider with an impressive portfolio of clients across the UK. It is currently looking to hire an experienced Area Maintenance Manager in North West London.

As the Area Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for running a team of mobile maintenance engineers that carry out the planned and reactive maintenance to multiple retail stores around North West London.

The successful Area Maintenance Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role, have strong people management skills, excellent commercial awareness, be good with client relations, and be an overall good team leader.

Our client is offering:

1. £47,000 – £52,000
2. 11% London Weighting
3. £5,700 car allowance
