The Fund supports its portfolio companies in the growth strategy with subject matter specialists. The Fund is now seeking an entrepreneurially focused Product Leader to join their Performance team.
Product & AI Leader – Portfolio Value Creation Role Overview
We are seeking a Product & AI Leader to support our portfolio companies in strengthening product strategy, scaling product organizations, and accelerating the adoption of AI-driven capabilities. This role will work closely with portfolio company leadership teams (CEOs, CPOs, CTOs) to drive product-led growth, improve product operating models, and identify opportunities where AI can create competitive advantage. The position sits within the firm’s Value Creation and Performance team and will support multiple companies across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with portfolio company leadership teams to define and refine product strategy and roadmaps
- Assess and improve product operating models, product-market fit, and product organizations
- Identify and implement AI opportunities in both products and internal operations
- Support the development of AI-enabled products and capabilities
- Coach and mentor product leaders and teams
- Contribute to product and technology due diligence during investment processes
- Develop best practices and playbooks to scale product and AI capabilities across the portfolio
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management or product leadership
- Proven track record building and scaling digital or SaaS products
- Practical experience with AI-enabled products or AI adoption
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
- Ability to work across multiple companies and leadership teams
- Experience in consulting, high-growth technology companies, or private equity environments is a plus.
- Based in London or Paris ideally
- Full or Part Time
