My client is a leading global consulting and software services company, helping their clients transform their IT operations and business processes. Backed by one of Europe’s leading growth buy-out Funds, the business has undergone significant organic and acquisitive growth, with operations now spanning Europe and USA. In response to this growth the business is now seeking a dynamic and visionary UKI Sales Director to lead their UK team of 4.
The company has enjoyed both organic and acquisitive growth over the last year, and as a result are looking to build out their leadership team to not only manage but propel the territory forward. It is an incredibly exciting time to join the company, and particularly the UK team!
You will take ownership for driving revenue and increasing profitability. In addition to this, you will be leading and mentoring a high achieving sales team, whilst overseeing complex client relationships and taking a hands on approach in critical strategic deals.
The successful candidate must have a wealth of experience within the IT Services industry. You must also have strong experience in both managing and developing teams.
