The business is now looking to hire an Account Executive to develop and grow the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead growth initiatives under the guidance of the Commercial Director, covering the full sales cycle from prospecting to presenting solutions and managing client relationships.
- Build strong, consultative partnerships with decision-makers in the CPG and Food & Beverage sectors.
- Create compelling presentations and tailored proposals that clearly communicate the value of the company’s offerings.
- Keep opportunities organized and on track using CRM tools, pipeline reporting, and internal coordination.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and trade shows across the UK, generating leads and raising brand awareness.
- Collaborate with marketing to increase visibility through campaigns, content, and local initiatives.
Market Awareness & Insights
- Stay informed on trends and developments in the UK CPG and distribution sectors, identifying emerging needs and growth opportunities.
- Turn market insights into actionable recommendations and customized client proposals.
- Support ROI analyses and business cases to enable data-driven decision-making.

- Work closely with international colleagues to ensure consistent sales methodologies and client communication standards.
- Participate in team meetings and internal workshops, sharing insights from market and client interactions while learning from peers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in business or management consulting, ideally with exposure to the CPG industry, GTM/RTM strategies, or software/technology sales serving CPG clients.
- Experience with SaaS or other technology-based solutions is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive — capable of translating commercial strategy into operational execution.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20–30%) for client meetings, industry events, or internal team gatherings.
