Backed by one of Europe's leading PE firms, our client is a European headquartered IT Services, Consulting, Digital Transformation and Implementation business. As the leading global partner to one of the fastest growing software vendors in the world, they are experiencing exceptional growth, both organically and through several acquisitions across Europe, North America and APAC.
They are looking for a Sales Director for their UK&I business. There are currently four people in the sales team. Relevant candidates will be experienced sales leaders who can improve the team's sales capabilities, enhance performance and in turn impact the increased revenue and profitability of the UK&I, whilst building the team.
- Value Selling: Help the customer reduce their costs, improve their customer satisfaction, and help them grow their business.
- IT Services Sales Management and Leadership: Upskill the team to partner with customers, solving issues, rather than 'selling'.
