Our client is a leading, independent European growth equity firm with 20 years of proven investment success in supporting the management teams of profitable, growing companies. The Fund is now seeking an entrepreneurially focused Product Leader to join their Performance team.
This role will work closely with portfolio company leadership teams (CEOs, CPOs, CTOs) to drive product-led growth, improve product operating models, and identify opportunities where AI can create competitive advantage. The position sits within the firm’s Value Creation and Performance team and will support multiple companies across the portfolio.
- Support the development of AI-enabled products and capabilities
- Proven track record building and scaling digital or SaaS products
- Experience in consulting, high-growth technology companies, or private equity environments is a plus.
