Role Overview
Are you an ambitious Brand Executive or Assistant Brand Manager ready for your next step?
Passionate about wellbeing, you combine an eye for detail with a natural curiosity about consumers and what drives their choices.
We\’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to help drive growth across a portfolio of brands. You\’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of distinctive brands – with the autonomy to lead projects, influence creative direction, and see your ideas through from concept to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support brand strategy & NPD: Work with the Brand Managers to plan and deliver seasonal and core product launches, from concept to shelf.
- Execute marketing campaigns: Brief and manage digital, social, PR, and activations to build awareness and sales.
- Project manage cross-functional teams: Liaise with design and purchasing to deliver outstanding work
- Analyse market & consumer insights: Track category trends, competitor activity, and consumer data to inform decision-making.
- Champion brand consistency: Ensure messaging, visuals, and tone align with each brand\’s identity across all touchpoints.
What You\’ll Need
- 2 – 3 years brand marketing experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- A creative eye and a love of design and trends.
- Analytical mindset – comfortable interpreting data to shape strategy.
- Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Happy to be part of a small team and get stuck in whenever its required
