Our client is a fast-growing ecommerce business. They are now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the team.
Role Summary
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will support the execution of the digital strategy and implementation across all marketing channels for UK and International sites. You will play an essential role in developing and strengthening the brand’s global presence and profitability moving forward.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager with planning, development, and execution of all marketing campaigns across digital channels in the UK, US and international territories.
- Liaising with the marketing agency on strategy, planning and reporting of PPC, SEO, Paid Social and retargeting for UK and overseas campaigns.
- Monitor the performance of paid media campaigns and analyse the results; identifying opportunities to optimise performance and better utilise spend.
- Collaborate with internal departments on developing highly effective digital campaign assets to support trading activations and market trends.
- Own all 3rd party collaborations and partnerships from researching partners to executing bespoke digital campaigns.
- Work closely with all internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed to the highest level, delivered on time, and optimised for maximum success.
- Manage all elements of paid content copy, from planning, briefing to A/B testing and feeding into the marketing agency.
- Support with customer acquisitions strategy, researching, and suggesting new opportunities across all territories.
- Support the Digital Marketing Assistant - demonstrating best digital practices and actively work to upskill junior team members.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports, highlighting key performance metrics, providing analysis against KPIs and business objectives and make innovative recommendations to improve activity.
The Person:
- You will have an understanding of ALL digital marketing channels - Paid Search, Paid Social, CRM, Affiliates and SEO.
- Experience of campaign management with the ability to produce high-value activities that deliver ROIs & meet brand KPIs.
- Has great communication and people skills and is able to establish strong working relationships.
- Has an enthusiastic, can-do attitude who is always striving for success and is committed to achieving and driving results.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools including Google Analytics.
- Good understanding of end-to-end consumer journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns.
- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail and ability to prioritise effectively whilst also meeting day-to-day demands.
