We are seeking a Support Worker to join our caring and proactive team in Yarmouth. This vital role involves assisting adults with learning disabilities in their daily activities and promoting their well-being within our supportive community.

Candidates must successfully complete all physical elements of the Crisis Prevention Institute (or any replacement programme in the future) programme including safely and physically being able to competently and lawfully use the techniques for restrictive interventions including holding in all positions. The position also involves a lot of walking so a certain level of physicality is involved.

There is mandatory training to complete and keep up to date annually.

Hours range from 10am-4pm on week days. Some Mondays 1pm-7pm and some Saturdays 9.30am-3.30pm. 24 hours per week

Position is subject to enhanced DBS for working with Adults and Children (Paid for by the company)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£12.57 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
