We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store at the Burlington Arcade.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing an authentic customer experience. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly day to day and profitably.

With this role you will help manage a small team, the role will require making sure the team are motivated and happy. As well as developing the team and ensuring they adhere to company policies. The role will also involve maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to implement strategies that drive sales and improve overall store performance. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring that all customers have a positive shopping experience. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage and supervise a team of sales associates.
• Provide training and development to staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
• Manage inventory and stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Implement strategies to drive sales and improve performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales data.
• Ensure a clean and safe store environment.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager on promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage cash handling and financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit reports to the Store Manager.
• Maintain strong product knowledge.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Address any operational issues promptly.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Conducting morning team meetings.
• Delegating tasks.
• Checking in deliveries.
• Making sure BOH are up to standard.
• Help with any tasks that is needed to help run the store.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Customer-focused with a passion for retail.
• Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
