We are currently working with a growing Insurance and Risk Management company that is seeking a proactive and dynamic Office Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations : Oversee and manage day-to-day office activities, ensuring a well-organised, efficient, and productive environment.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact and handling inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
- Team Coordination : Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure the office space is maintained to a high standard.
- Financial Administration : Assist with billing, invoicing, and general accounting tasks in collaboration with the finance team.
- Project Management : Support the management of ongoing projects by coordinating timelines, resources, and communications.
- Compliance & Documentation : Ensure that all office operations align with company policies and industry regulations, assisting with audits and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Growth & Development : Actively participate in company-wide initiatives to streamline operations and improve internal processes.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an office manager, operations coordinator, or in a similar administrative role, ideally within the insurance or risk management industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and familiarity with office management software or tools.
