ALEX – Alternative Experts is seeking a Senior UJTL Analyst to provide expert-level analytical support for readiness, training, and task-based framework development in a federal environment. This role leads the development, evaluation, and integration of structured training and readiness processes and provides strategic recommendations to improve operational effectiveness. The position requires deep subject matter expertise, experience supporting large organizational structures, and the ability to lead coordination efforts and deliver executive-level analytical products.

Requirements
  • Lead analysis and development of task-based frameworks supporting readiness, training, and operational performance
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve processes, performance, and mission effectiveness
  • Develop, review, and deliver high-quality analytical products, reports, and executive-level briefings
  • Lead and facilitate working groups, meetings, and stakeholder coordination efforts
  • Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and methodologies supporting readiness and training programs
  • Support and oversee development of staffing packages and documentation for leadership decision-making
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple organizations to ensure alignment of requirements and outputs
  • Support and guide the development and delivery of training activities to operational staffs
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across analytical products and documentation
  • Apply strong project management principles to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with program leadership and cross-functional teams to support mission objectives

Required Experience:

Candidates must demonstrate success in seven (7) or more of the following areas:

  • Experience with structured training and readiness frameworks (e.g., JMETL, UJTL, MTP concepts)
  • Knowledge of structured doctrine development or planning processes
  • Experience supporting or delivering training to operational or headquarters-level staffs
  • Experience conducting complex analytical assessments
  • Experience developing strategies and recommending solutions for risk mitigation
  • Experience developing and improving processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of large organizational structures and stakeholder environments
  • Experience coordinating across multiple organizations (e.g., enterprise-level or operational staffs)
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of project management principles and execution
  • Experience preparing and conducting working groups or collaborative sessions
  • Strong understanding of professional writing standards and grammar
  • Experience developing staffing packages and decision-support materials

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting federal or DoD training, readiness, or planning programs
  • Experience working in multi-organizational or enterprise-level environments
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate complex efforts
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
  • Experience providing decision support to senior-level stakeholders

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; OR
  • No degree with a minimum of 7 years of warfighting operational experience
