Main Duties
- Provide leadership and direction to the inspection team.
- Oversee training and performance evaluation of inspection personnel.
- Ensure robust adherence to AS9100 quality assurance standards.
- Support Quality Manager in reviewing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Program and operate Mitutoyo Crysta Apex CMMs using MCOSMOS software.
- Inspect precision machined components using CMM, scanners, and first principles methods.
- Conduct thorough inspections of in-process and final products to ensure conformance.
- Develop and maintain inspection plans and work procedures.
- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate documentation, test records and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering, production and procurement to resolve quality issues.
- Support internal and external audits and certification compliance efforts.

- Promote and support the development of a positive Health & Safety culture.
- Provide support to other section leaders when needed.
- Communicate key business updates to the team as directed.
