Our client is in search of a Registered Nurse for their Home Health division, committed to providing patient care in the Derry, PA area. The ideal candidate will administer nursing care in a home setting, ensuring the well-being and recovery of patients in a community-centered approach.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Home Health care to local patients in the comfort of their own homes.
- Utilize professional nursing experience to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain consistent communication with the care team and patients.
- Complete nursing documentation within 24 hours of the visit.
- Manage a flexible schedule, including on-call shifts and weekend responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of professional experience as an RN; home health experience is a plus.
- Active RN License in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- BLS and CPR Certification (assistance provided if necessary).
- Must possess a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Comfort with the required local travel for this position.
